a) heads of state, heads of government, secretaries of state, ministers and deputy ministers or undersecretaries;
b) Member of Parliament or members of similar legislative bodies;
c) top members of political parties;
d) members of supreme courts, constitutional courts and other high-level judicial bodies whose decisions are not subject to further appeal, except in exceptional circumstances;
e) members of the courts of auditors and of the boards of directors of central banks;
f) ambassadors, consuls, business officers and officers of the armed forces with the minimum rank of colonel;
g) members of the administrative, management or, where existing, supervisory bodies of public bodies and companies in which the State has a prevalent or wholly owned share;
h) directors, deputy directors and members of the management body, or equivalent function, of international organizations.
